We are looking for a motivated Line Cook to help prepare and produce all fresh menu items in a consistent manner while following the specifications of Nachomama’s.
- Full understanding of Nachomama’s food and its quality standards, services and products.
- Maintain the cleanliness of restaurant and complies with food sanitation requirements
- Closes/open the kitchen following a detailed opening and closing list as well as assist others in closing
- Cooks food fresh to prepare by grilling, frying or sauteing
- Knows restaurant serving proportions, cooking methods and quality procedures
- Prepare food for storage and cooking temperatures are consistent with the companies requirements
- No prior cooking experience necessary
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk or lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work days and/or nights, including weekends and holidays
